The thermal deactivation unit as a trypsin inhibitor deactivation for soy is designed to achieve a reduction in trypsin inhibitor content in the soya beverages, thus making them safe to consume.

  • Plant based base creation that requires thermal inactivation of enzymes: soy, oat, rice, etc.
