Due to its rapid spoilage, every year about 40 million tons of BSG are mainly used as animal feed or as landfill. Up until now. Because now, we are making this side stream available for usage in the food industry. By upcycling BSG into a liquid ingredient, the next generation of plant-based drinks is taking shape.
